New Jersey homes were among the fastest selling in the nation, data shows.
New Jersey homes continue to be among the fastest-selling in the nation, according to the latest figures from Realtor.com.
At a median of 32 days, New Jersey, Virginia and Connecticut came in fourth behind Massachusetts, Maryland and Rhode Island for how fast homes sold in April.
Hawaii, Florida and Louisiana had the slowest-selling homes nationwide.
According to a Redfin report, potential some homebuyers are delaying purchasing homes due to high home values.
“Homeowners have been holding off, waiting for mortgage rates to go down or market conditions to improve,” Joe Paolazzi, a Redfin agent based in Pittsburgh, said in the report.
