New Jersey real estate market forecast for home sales

Home values statewide will continue to decrease by July, according to the latest housing forecast by Zillow.

A Zillow analysis of 547 ZIP codes in New Jersey with enough available data shows the vast majority of towns will see home values decrease into the summer.

The forecast includes four New Jersey towns with declines of over 1.5%. Denville in Morris County is expected to see the largest dip at 1.9%.

A total of 117 New Jersey towns will see home values increase.

Nationwide, home values are expected to drop by .5%.

A note about the data: ZIP codes without enough data were omitted.
