One county saw home values increase by over 8%, data shows.

Home values in three New Jersey counties rose to over $700,000 since last year, according to the latest data from Zillow.

Bergen, Cape May, and Monmouth counties had the highest home values in the state. Each county saw home prices creep into the $700,000 range compared to last March.

Cumberland, Salem, and Camden counties had the lowest home values in the state.

According to a Redfin report, home prices increased nationwide and are likely to continue to rise.

“Prices will continue to rise consistently because it’s unlikely there will be enough new inventory to meet buyer demand,” Sheharyar Bokhari, senior economist at Redfin, said in the report.
