According to a recent Redfin report, though homeowners are listing their properties on the market, fewer people are purchasing homes. Canva

Two New Jersey townships saw over 100 new home listings hit the market, according to data from Realtor.com.

Monroe Township in Middlesex County and Jackson Township in Ocean County saw 112 and 104 homes added to their housing markets in March, respectively.

Several townships saw no homes hit the market last month, including Greenwich in Gloucester County and Three Bridges in Hunterdon County.

According to a Redfin report, homeowners are listing their properties, but fewer people are purchasing them.

“I’m seeing a lot more inventory hit the market than I have in past years,” Charles Wheeler, a Redfin agent based in San Diego, said in the report.
