Home values increased in New Jersey, data shows. Canva

Home values in New Jersey shot up by over 6% in the last year, according to the latest figures from Zillow.

That’s the third-highest increase in the nation behind Kentucky and Rhode Island.

New Jersey’s typical home value of $548,338 ranked seventh-highest in the nation in March.

Hawaii, California, and Massachusetts had the highest home values. West Virginia, Mississippi and Louisiana had the lowest.
