Chris Kozak and Dalton Michael combined to allow one hit over five innings with eight strikeouts as top-seeded Middlesex defeated Keyport 10-0 in the Central Jersey, Group 1 first round in Middlesex.
Middlesex (18-5) led 7-0 after two innings before adding three more runs in the third.
Tristan Knoblauch had the lone hit for Keyport (6-9).
Middlesex will face ninth-seeded South Hunterdon in the quarterfinals on Thursday.
