Home values increased statewide, data shows.

Home values statewide rose in March compared to the same time the previous year, according to the latest Zillow data.

Of the 547 ZIP codes Zillow analyzed, 541 saw home values increase. Six ZIP codes, two in Port Norris and four in Newark, saw home values decrease compared to the same time last year.

A ZIP code in the City of Camden, 08104, saw the largest increase in home values at over 15%.

According to a Redfin report, home prices increased nationwide and are likely to continue to rise.

“Prices will continue to rise consistently because it’s unlikely there will be enough new inventory to meet buyer demand,” Sheharyar Bokhari, senior economist at Redfin, said in the report.
